Town of Beginings

The ToB is a mystical town covered in a veil of safety and comfort. There is no precipitation or time change in the town. This is because the veil allows nothing to pass through it, and reflects anything coming towards it. Or Haruka cant be bothered to allow it to rain in a safe zone.

The Town of Beginnings is a haven for newcomers to the world of SAO. Harukayaba Yoshida Akihiko designed it as a town of comfort and relaxation.

Inns are ideal for those travelling in pairs, or those lone wolves who strive for somewhere warm to stay.

Restaurants are welcomed by hungry knights after a night of killing mobs.

Blacksmiths are praised for repairing the cutlasses and daggers of front line warriors.

Business is easy to gain in the Town of Beginnings. Settle and make a fortune!

Yes. All towns in the anime series were Safe Zones, and thus they will be the same in-game. =D

They could fake their death. Hell no one knows whether you're dead of not unless you're within 5 tiles.
